  • Since this is a Pod product, printed and customized exclusively for you and we offer free shipping ALL STANDARD DELIVERY.
    Therefore, we will not be responsible for refunds, returns or exchanges about the customer’s Size, Regret, style or suitability. To help customers optimize their shopping, we A size chart is provided in each product page. Just click the Product Details link to find your best fit!
  • The item(s) were a “Final Sale,” during time periods such as: Halloween, Christmas, Black Friday, St. Patrick’s Day, etc. and utilized a promo code.

Criteria criteria Returns & Refunds 

  • The goods received are damaged
  • There are visible defects with the print
  • The item is the wrong size from the one ordered
  • The item is the wrong color from the one ordered
  • The item is the wrong design from the one ordered
  • The item is the wrong style (e.g long sleeve shirt instead of tee shirt) from the ordered

Please allow us to be 15% different from the actual color
Because the color of the design image is not 100% the same as the printed color

After the 30 days have elapsed you acknowledge that your rights to return are considered forfeit. If goods are returned prior to submitting your request those goods are considered forfeit.

Returns can be exchanged for the original purchased goods or refunded for the original purchase price. Inquiries are typically addressed within 24 hours.

To qualify for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in perfect condition. Unqualified returns will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.Return tickets are in the box or you can contact us.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

If your item does not arrive within 30 days for a garment after you place your order, please contact our customer service team via “Contact Us” to order a free replacement. fee or full refund. (Please note that this policy does not apply to customer errors, such as incorrect shipping information on their order(s) and/or missed parcel delivery.)

Exchanges (if applicable)

Cancel order(if applicable)

After your payment , your order will go into our waiting queue for 24 hours before printing. During this 24 hours, you can change the order detail (change size, color, quantity) or cancel the order
Handling time :We typically take about 3-5 business days ,So you have 3 to 5 days to check and change the shipping address.
